Third Floor Exhibits – The Densmore Family Barber Chairs
The chairs were a donation received from the family of Randy Densmore – widow Linda Densmore and brother Rick donated them to the museum. The original barber shop was owned and operated by Arthur Densmore. He was joined by son, Ray Densmore and, was ultimately joined by Randy Densmore and he became the owner after his father and grandfather retired from the business.
Not only did the Densmore family specialize in hair cuts but they also were gun aficionados and sold guns and accessories in the shop as well.
